This hotel exceeds expectations with luxurious amenities like an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa center. the beach access is convenient and the sun terrace is a great place to rest and relax. the service of the staff is exceptional, with attentive and helpful personnel.
The only small negative is the spa lounge area which requires an extra fee to access, an additional expense for some at the venue.

Located on a windy Baltic Sea beach, this large hotel offers stunning views of the sea. It's also conveniently close to Warnemunde station, making it easy to reach. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities and excellent service. the breakfast is delicious, with a huge selection of food to choose from. the spa and indoor pool are very pleasant and provide a relaxing atmosphere. Lastly, the hotel offers a beautiful sunbathing terrace to enjoy.
The decor in the dining hall could use some refreshing, as it feels a bit outdated in comparison to the rest of the hotel.

a really wonderful location with great views of the Baltic Sea, dinner in the restaurant was of very high standards and with very knowledgeable staff. The breakfast buffet was vast.
This is a 5 star hotel but the room was no bigger than several rooms in 4 star hotels in Germany I stayed in. Neither was the service signifcantly better than in these German 4 star hotels. For the price I payed, I consider this hotel rather poor vaulue for money and would not stay there again. The location is not worth such a premium and there are plenty of other nice places to stay in Warnemünde.

Best experience ever! Spending Christmas at this hotel was amazing. Loved waking up to the stunning view from not only the bedrooms but also the eating areas. Their breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options and the friendly staff made it even better. Being right on the beach walk made it super convenient to explore the area with plenty of shops around. , the spacious rooms and spotless bathrooms made us feel like royalty.
Worst experience was the lack of air conditioning which made the room a bit stuffy at times, especially with the heating on during winter. the internet service could use some improvement, being forced to request an ethernet cable was a hassle.

I loved the location of this hotel, situated right on the beach with amazing views. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially in the breakfast room where I received exceptional service. The room was modern, clean and had a balcony where I could sit outside and enjoy the ocean breeze. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety of options.
No complaints.

The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide range of choices to fuel up for the day. the view from the balcony was breathtaking, perfect for a romantic escape as we watched the sun set over the ocean. We also loved the indoor pool, a perfect little escape from the chilly weather outside.
We had to pay extra for parking, which added unexpected costs to the trip. waiting for an elevator on Sunday morning was a frustrating experience.
